Our Security Guards are well versed in carrying out patrols and reporting on any incidents. Whilst setting up your contract we will conduct site visits with you in order to assess the location, carry out a risk assessment, advise on any further security solutions and set up bespoke patrol tours on TrackTik.
Using TrackTik as our guard management platform ensures that guards are directed according to our agreed SLA’s. Patrols will be conducted at agreed intervals and guards will be reminded by the TrackTik App when it is time for the next patrol. The patrol routes are embedded into TrackTik, and guards use their site mobile device to scan tags that have been fixed around the patrol route. This provides you with the reassurance that patrols are being completed thoroughly and effectively.
